    All Autotaps models hereinafter ‘Autotaps’

    Once we have received your order, we see it as our responsibility to get your order to you as soon as possible. We will use Yodel/City Link/Royal Mail or DHL (For goods going outside UK) delivery service and your purchase will be dispatched 1 or 2 days on the date you placed your order online (terms apply, please see delivery options below).

    DELIVERY TO UK ADDRESSES:
    Choose from three delivery services highlighted below:

    STANDARD DELIVERY
    * Royal Mail (2-3 days)
    *24/48HR Yodel/City Link (UK Mainland only)
    *DHL International Delivery Service (For goods outside UK i.e. Europe & Rest of the World)

    ROYAL MAIL (For small items and parts)Your Autotaps product will normally be packed the same day or the following day that we received your order and will arrive with you up to 7 working days later. However, orders placed on the website on Saturday or Sunday will be packed and dispatched on the following Monday to arrive with you up to 3-5 working days later.

    Standard Delivery - 24/48HR DELIVERY: Yodel/City LinkYour parcel will be packed the same day we receive your order and sent by DHL 48HR Service to arrive with you within 2-5 working days later. However, orders placed on the website on Saturday or on a Sunday will be packed and dispatched first thing on the following Monday to arrive with you by Wednesday or Thursday. NB. A Signature is normally required for this service.

    EXPRESS DELIVERY: Yodel/Royal Mail Next-day ServiceIf required, provided you order before 1400hrs, your Autotaps order will be sent the same day by Royal Mail Secial Delivery Service (Service charge may apply) or 24HR Yodel Delivery Service (Extra charge is applicable to this service). DHL Guarantee delivery to most areas of UK on the next working day by 1700. However, orders placed on the website after 1300hrs on Friday, Saturday or on a Sunday will be packed and dispatched on the following Monday to arrive with you on Tuesday.     OTHER DELIVERY TERMSAll orders place after 1300hrs will be processed the following day. Unless you are confident someone will be "in" at the time of delivery make sure you fill in the Delivery Notes when checking out. Notes such as "If out please leave in garage" or "Please deliver to number 22" will ensure your Autotaps is delivered and the requirement for a signature will be waived so make sure the alternative is reasonably secure.

    DELIVERY TO OVERSEAS ADDRESSESGuide Price to overseas destinations are given below. When placing your order you will be charged according to this table. In most cases, your parcel will be packed the same day we receive your order and sent by DHL International Service to arrive with you within 3-7 working days later. However, orders placed on the website after 1300hrs on Friday, Saturday or on a Sunday will be packed and dispatched on the following Monday to arrive with you on Tuesday.
