SHIPPING TERMS: All Auto Tap models hereinafter ‘Autotap(s)’

Once we have received your order, we see it as our responsibility to get your order to you as soon as possible. We will use the Delivery service you have chosen we will call you and tell you (if required) and your purchase will be dispatched on the date you placed your order online (terms apply, please see delivery options below).

DELIVERY TO UK ADDRESSES:
Choose from three delivery services;

STANDARD DELIVERY
Your Autotap product will normally be packed the same day we receive your order and will arrive with you up to 5 working days later. However, orders placed on the website on Saturday or Sunday will be packed and dispatched on the following Monday to arrive with you up to 3-5 working days later.

THREE-DAY DELIVERY
Your parcel will be packed the same day we receive your order and sent by Royal Mail 48hour to arrive with you two to three working days later.However, orders placed on the website on Saturday or on a Sunday will be packed and dispatched first thing on the following Monday to arrive with you by Wednesday or Thursday.
NB. A Signature is normally required for this service.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Provided you order before 1700hrs your Autotap will be sent the same day by Royal mail Special Delivery Express service. Royal Mail Guarantee delivery to most areas of UK on the next working day by 1700. However, orders placed on the website after 1700hrs on Friday, Saturday or on a Sunday will be packed and dispatched on the following Monday to arrive with you on Tuesday.

OTHER DELIVERY TERMS
All orders place after 1700hrs will be processed the following day
Unless you are confident someone will be "in" at the time of delivery make sure you fill in the Delivery Notes when checking out. Notes such as "If out please leave in garage" or "Please deliver to number 22" will ensure your Autotap is delivered and the requirement for a signature will be waived so make sure the alternative is reasonably secure.
