  • Our Refund Policy

    When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. We only give refund on items that are damaged, defective or incorrect if a replacement or repair is not possible. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will check all items returned as damaged or defective.


    Please note that we do not issue refund on shipping charges.
  • Damaged items

    In the event we find no fault on a returned item, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. If there’s a fault or in case of damaged item, we will try and repair the item first, then offer a replacement if repair is not possible. A refund will only be issued if the item can't be repaired and a replacement is not possible. You MUST return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

  • Returning an item to us after 14-day cooling off period

    We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items that have been returned to us after 14 days unless they are faulty. Items returned within the 7-day cooling off period By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

  • Withdrawing from a purchase within 7 working days

    Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the 7 working days cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the delivery charge you paid sending the item to you.

  • Returning an item back us


    · where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

    · if you use a personalised pre-paid return label, we will deduct the return postage from your overall refund.

    We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective. Items returned under the 14-day returns guarantee

  • Withdrawing from a purchase between 7-14 days

    Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 14 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will only refund the cost of the item excluding any shipping charge.

    We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery charge or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
