Note:

Gravity-fed water supply users:

The pressure from a gravity-fed water supply (in most cases 'hot' supply) will not be sufficient enough for this tap to work to its full capacity. For example, if the pressure of 'cold' supply is higher than 'hot' supply, then the water temperature will be cold.

You'll need at least 0.75 bar pressure in order for the hot supply to work properly. A pressure pump/booster can be used to increase the water pressure.

In summary, the pressure of 'hot' and 'cold' supply feeds must be equal for the temperature control to work properly.
